In order to facilitate and speed up the provision of services to the technology companies that are members of the park in the field of land, the issuance of construction permits in the Iranian Science and Technology Park is issued without charge and as soon as possible by the building permit issuing unit of the Iranian Land Special Economic Zone.
Also, due to the importance of the urban appearance of the park and the need to accompany technology companies in the field of design, implementation and construction of their buildings in the park, a committee under the title of “Technical and Architectural Committee” has been planned to accompany and assist companies in the process of issuing building permits. be a technologist
The members of the technical and architectural committee include 5 people:
- Chairman of the Committee
- Expert in the field of architecture and urban planning
- Specialist in construction and civil engineering
- Expert in the field of electrical and mechanical installations
- Secretary of the committee
Technical and architectural committee meetings:
The first meeting: In the first meeting of the technical and architectural committee, the designer consultant will introduce the client company (Fanavar Company). After presenting the physical plan and spotting the plans, he will present two volume plans and a volume concept of the building, and this issue will be discussed in the meeting. It is discussed
Second meeting: In the second meeting of the committee, after the volumetric idea of the building is approved, it goes into the architectural furnished plans and this issue is discussed and reviewed in the meeting.
The third session: In the third session of the architectural committee, the necessary architectural reforms, as well as the structural plans and, if necessary, the facility plans are presented and discussed and reviewed in the committee. This process will continue.
Finally, the complete package of plans, including architecture, structure, electrical and mechanical installations, will be sent to the Urban Planning Unit of Iranian Land for the issuance of a permit.
