In the implementation of the one hundred and twenty-third article of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the “Knowledge-Based Production Leaps Law” was added, which was approved by the Islamic Council in a public meeting on Sunday, May 11, 1401, and approved by the Islamic Council on 2/21/1401 The approval of the Guardian Council has been received and it is notified for implementation through letter No. 56-15815-11 dated 2/31/1401.
